Members of Group 39 were tabling in front of Carnegie Library on Saturday, October 7, to collect signatures on the occasion of Banned Books Week. We collect close to 100 signatures total to protest book banning in the U.S., the imprisonment of Floriane Irangabiye in Burundi, and the arrests of several Uighur academics and teachers in China.
